12 Year Single Barrel and Single Barrel

The next releases from Saint Cloud will be two Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbons. Both releases will be bottled at full cask strength, and unfiltered. Each barrel is different, with the average being around 120.3 Proof. The White label Single Barrel is aged for between 30 and 44 months. The 12 Year Single Barrel release will be bottled at an average of 131.3 Proof, uncut and unfiltered. The total production will be just under 500 bottles total, from three different barrels.
